Shipping Policy

While there are many efforts Plant Baked makes to reduce the risks involved with shipping fresh food around the country, there are certain conditions, such as weather and transit delays, that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or damage caused to the product or packaging once the package is in the hands of UPS, USPS, or FedEx. 

 

Plant Baked is not responsible for shipment and delivery delays caused by local carriers. Delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information are not our responsibility. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. Customers are responsible for checking all shipping details before submitting an order and confirming the same in their order confirmation emails.

 

All orders are processed within 1-4 Days and shipped ASAP. Your order's time in transit depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Please plan and place orders accordingly and in advance to allow for a timely delivery. Many of our products can be frozen and thawed at room temperature or in the refrigerator, when ready to serve. 

 

In order to preserve maximum freshness in our products, we highly recommend next day or overnight shipment selection. Ground shipping is available but must be chosen at the customer's own risk.
